Standard delivery

Standard delivery is one of the core products offered by Cainiao for cross-border logistics. The delivery time to key countries is between 10-18 calendar days, with the fastest delivery to countries such as the United Kingdom, France, and Germany within 7 days after parcel collection. Merchants can enjoy convenient services such as free pick-up in major domestic areas, single piece collection, and other fast-track services. Additionally, there is fulfillment guarantee to ensure worry-free compensation.

Economy delivery

Economy delivery is an economical solution launched by Cainiao to address the increasing operational difficulties caused by rising logistics costs for small and lightweight items. The delivery time to key countries is between 20 to 45 calendar days .With a logistics cost of $2, it can adapt to mainstream products with costs ranging from $0 to $8. The logistics cost for goods priced between $5 and $8 is further reduced compared to standard products.
