Located in São Paulo, the facility serves both cross-border and domestic deliveries for the logistics firm. Beyond hardware, the system includes robust digital capabilities that generate real-time sorting visuals, operational dashboards, and data analytics to help customers optimize efficiency across the supply chain. Compared to traditional manual processes, the system delivers more than 7x efficiency gains, reduces operational costs by 40%, and significantly improves sorting accuracy. To ensure seamless delivery of the project, Cainiao closely collaborated with local partners that also supported local job creation.
