Suggesting Addressing Format
- If you handwrite the address, USE CAPITALS，and ensure the writing is Clear, Legible and Accurate.
- Full name and address of the recipient should be given.
- The telephone number of the recipient is very important; especially during custom clearance, they may need the recipient’s assistance to pay the tax.
- Ensure the return Address of the sender is right so as the parcel can return to the sender when undelivered.
- The postcode is a must.
- Ensure the postage is sufficient
- To best assist your parcel to get to it's destination you should adopt the preferred addressing format of the country you are sending your letter to, or example, some countries have a numerical postcode, others have an alphanumeric postcode. Some countries place the house number at the start of the street name, whilst others position the number at the end. Always check with the recipient for the correct addressing format.
Packaging And Wrapping Tips
Different transport providers for billing and package size restrictions have different requirements, please confirm before shipping, in order to ensure parcel reach the recipient timely and accurately. Generally you can ship your parcels via four ways as follows:
- postal parcels: parcel into Post registered (2KG or less) and large postal packages (2KG above)
- International EMS: 0.5KG file price calculated in accordance with the following items
- Dedicated Logistics: green, such as Russia, the United States green, green, such as Europe
- Business Express: such as DHL, TNT, UPS and Federal
Customs Declaration and Tariff
Customs Clearance
- If you are sending a package internationally, then you are required to fill up a CN 22 form as customs declaration. In China, Post and some other carriers have incorporate the waybill with CN 22, which make it more convenient to check.
About Tariff
- If you are expecting a package from an oversea country, and if there is a tariff payment charged, you will receive a card saying your package needs to pay a customs charge. In order to get your item on time, please help the clearance at the post office as soon as you received the notice from the customs.
Clearance Risk
- High tariffs, sellers do not want to customs clearance. Common in Brazil
- Restrictions products of the destination country.

Risk Prevention
- Learn more about the product in the destination country customs clearance requirements.
- Avoid buying products that allegedly infringing imitation brand.
- Truthfully declare the value of the product.
- To declare the name as detailed as possible. Avoid just write "gift" "Accessories".

Prohibited Goods
There are some items which postal carriers are unable to carry for legal or health and safety reasons. If you are not sure about the item you wish to post, please double-check with your shipping agency to avoid retention by customs or return to sender. Here is a general list :
International Letter
- Any documents except letters that with a personal and practical nature of communications are not allowed to delivery.
- Serviced or un-serviced stamps are prohibited to delivery within the print and books for the blind.
- Coins, banknotes, cheques or any bearer securities, traveller's cheques, processed or non-processed platinum, gold or silver, precious stones, jewellery and other valuable articles can be sent as insured postal items only.
Prohibited Items
- Explosive, flammable, dangerous goods, corrosive, toxic, radioactive, acid and alkaline goods, such as detonators, gunpowder, firecrackers, gasoline, alcohol, kerosene, tung oil, lacquer, matches, pesticides and so on.
- Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, such as opium, morphine, cocaine (Kogan) and so on.
- Goods prohibits to delivery by the State law like weapons, explosive, flammable, radioactive and other dangerous substances.
- Perishable items such as fresh fish, meat and so on.
- Something that interfere with public health，such as body, cremains，un-tanned skins, animal bones.
- Items or printed matter with insulting or indecent inscriptions or images
- Live animals, other than bees, leeches, silkworms, pest and vermin except controlled products sent in registered small packages to officially recognized institutions for technical use.
