1. Project Overview:

1) Name: Sourcing Notice on High and Low Voltage Distribution Engineering for IoT Smart Infrastructure Device Project with an Annual Output of 100,000 Units

2) Location: Xingqiao Street, Linping New Town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, east of Tangjia Road, west and north of the planned green land, south of Xiken Road

3) Profile: The project covers a land area of 100,229 square meters, with a total built-up area of approximately 145,531.62 square meters.

4) The land allocation for this project is intended for industrial purposes and includes the installation of high and low-voltage distribution infrastructure, such as distribution rooms and switching stations. Once operational, these facilities will provide electricity to Cainiao and neighboring projects. This project will adopt dual power supply with an approximate capacity of 7200KVA.

2. Procurement items

1) Submission for approval, detailed design, equipment procurement, construction, and final electrification inspection of the high-voltage power supply plan within the project's designated boundaries.

2) Submission for approval, detailed design, equipment procurement, construction and final electrification inspection of the switching stations and high-voltage power overhead lines outside the project's designated boundaries. The switching stations only require detailed design and power supply approval. The procurement and construction of electrical equipment within the stations are not within the scope of this project.

3. Eligibility

1) To bid for this project, contractors are required to hold a national certification of Level 4 or higher for electrical facility installation, maintenance and testing, alongside the corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment and financial resources.

2) To qualify, the enterprise must have a paid-up capital in excess of 10 million CNY, with an average annual revenue of no less than 30 million CNY over the past three years and a strong track record of reliability.

3) Bidders must have carried out and completed at least 2 switching stations or high/low voltage distribution projects in Hangzhou in the past three years, along with corresponding experience in Yuhang or Linping Districts.

4) Project manager and the team have a reputable history of accomplishments, with a strong track record in managing similar projects over the past three years.
